At Darrenton, we respect your privacy and want you to understand how your information is used.
Collection of online visitor information
The information we receive from you helps us to fulfill your order accurately and quickly, learn how to improve your shopping experience, as well as meet our commitment to privacy. When you visit Darrenton, you have the option of creating a free Darrenton account so you can place online orders, save your shopping cart items, gain access to special promotions, and view delivery details and lead times. To create a Darrenton account we just need your name and surname, email address, phone number, delivery address and a password of your choice.
Creating a Darrenton account is not mandatory. You can place your online order without it, but we'll ask for some information to fulfill the order. It is better to create an account to keep track of your orders easily.
We collect, use and disclose your personal information with your consent or as permitted or required by law. Your consent may be express or implied, depending on the circumstances and the sensitivity of the personal information in question. For example, in many cases, your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Darrenton may be implied by the fact that you made a purchase on our website, where the collection, use and disclosure of personal information relates to the fulfillment of your order by Darrenton. If you provide personal information about another person to us, we assume you have the consent of that individual to enable us to collect, use or disclose their information as described in this policy. If you choose to provide personal information to Darrenton (for example, registration for promotional emails), we assume that you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in this privacy statement.
If you do not consent, please do not provide your personal information or, where applicable, exercise the opt-in or opt-out options offered. Subject to legal and contractual requirements and reasonable notice, you may refuse to consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information or you may withdraw your consent to our further collection, use and disclosure of information about you, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +371 2 0405121. Note that if you withdraw your consent to certain uses of your personal information, we may no longer be able to provide certain of our services.
There are instances where Darrenton may collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent, for example, to collect a debt you owe to us, to comply with a subpoena or court order, or to comply with other valid process regarding the production of records.

Sharing of information
We never share your personal information with anyone, except in connection with your order. Darrenton does not sell, rent, share, trade, or give away any of the information you provide except to financial institutions processing your payment or financing application and the retailers/shippers that produce and/or deliver your order. No third party will solicit you as a result of information within our control.
The information you provide us is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. Other than these fairly extreme cases, your personal information will not be shared with anyone.
When you access Darrenton, we may additionally collect and store device sign-on data (including device ID) and geolocation data in order to provide our services.
As a registered Darrenton user, you may receive emails from us including newsletters and special offers. If you would no longer wish to receive these emails, you can opt out or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email, or by logging in to your Darrenton account and selecting "Update your email preferences". Or, you can email us at email@example.com.
In addition, when you place an order with Darrenton, you'll receive email updates regarding the status of your order. These emails, which are critical to fulfilling your order, will not be affected by updating your email preferences.
Questions and Policy Changes
If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in different manner from the stated above, we will notify users via email.
When you are placing your order and you've chosen to pay with credit/debit card, you have several options for payment, depending on the total amount of goods in your order:
1. If the amount does not exceed 10000 EUR (if the order is in another currency, then the amount is converted to euros and compared with 10000), then you can make a prepayment of 10%, after which you will receive a link to a page, where you can pay the rest of the sum, at the email address provided during ordering process.
2. If the amount does not exceed 10000 EUR (if the order is in another currency, then the amount is converted to euros and compared with 10000), then you can immediately pay the full amount.
3. If the amount is greater than 10000 EUR (if the order is in another currency, then the amount is converted to euros and compared with 10000), then you can make a prepayment of 10% via credit/debit card if the amount of advance does not exceed 10000 EUR (or its equivalent in other currencies), or make a prepayment by Bank Transfer. Also you can make full payment, without making an advance, but only to our bank account. Payments by credit/debit cards that are greater than 10000 EUR are not accepted.
When paying by credit/debit card there are no restrictions. You can still make a prepayment of 10% of the total amount or make a full payment.

We do our best to make your delivery successful. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on Darrenton website are only available for delivery to addresses in Russian Federation. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Russian Federation only. Any shipments outside of Russian Federation are not available at this time.
Cost of delivery may vary depending on shipping company and items ordered. We can provide our own delivery company or you can choose it yourself. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed and payment is complete. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of payment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order. Usually it takes from 40 to 120 business days for production and from 5 to 10 business days for delivery after the date of the payment. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Cancellations & Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return your order, please refer to the following policies.
Changed your mind after placing an order? That's not a problem. Orders can be cancelled not longer than two weeks after you placed it. To cancel your order, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +371 2 0405121. You should include order number and requisites of the payment (name, surname, amount of money and date) in your email message. We will do our best to promptly refund your money.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction and want to make sure you are happy with the purchasing experience. If you recieved damaged product you have two options: you can ask for a money refund or for exchange. You can not exchange an item you've purchased or ask for a refund after delivery. You should carefully check delivered products for any damage right at the time of delivery and contact us if some issues arised or if you have any questions. You can call us at +371 2 0405121.
